| ［摘要］ 目的 观察尺神经微创原位松解术治疗肘管综合征的临床效果。方法 采用尺神经微创原位松解术治疗肘管综合征患者9例，男7例，女2例；年龄22～64（38.4±5.2）岁；病程4～21（8.4±1.7）个月；其中McGowanⅠ级2例，Ⅱ级5例，Ⅲ级2例，观察手术效果。结果 9例患者术后平均随访15个月，按Messina指数将术后结果分级，其中优5例，良2例，可2例。结论 采用尺神经微创原位松解术治疗肘管综合征疗效满意，同时具有微创、手术时间短、并发症少等优点。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effect of ulnar nerve minimally invasive in situ release on treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome. Methods Nine patients with cubital tunnel syndrome were treated with ulnar nerve minimally invasive in situ release. The patients included 7 males and 2 females, aged from 22 to 64 years［average (38.4±5.2)years］. The duration of the disease ranged from 4 to 21 months［average (8.4±1.7)months］. Among the patients, McGowan Ⅰ was in 2 cases,Ⅱ in 5 cases and Ⅲ in 2 cases. The clinical effect was observed. Results The nine patients were followed up for 15 months averagely, and the results were graded according to the Messina index. Of the nine patients, 5 were excellent, 2 were good and 2 were fair. Conclusion Minimally invasive in situ release of ulnar nerve is effective in treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome, with advantages of minimal invasion, shorter operative time and less complications. |
