| ［摘要］ 目的 观察健脾补肾法对三阴性乳腺癌新辅助化疗癌组织中ki67、P53表达的影响。方法 选择三阴性乳腺癌患者60例，随机分为治疗组（健脾补肾中药+TEC方案）及对照组（单纯TEC方案）各30例，治疗3个周期后，观察治疗组与对照组的短期临床疗效，检测治疗前后乳腺癌组织中的ki67、P53表达情况并进行比较。结果 治疗组的短期临床疗效要优于对照组，化疗后的ki67、P53表达均低于对照组，但差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 健脾补肾法可提高三阴性乳腺癌新辅助化疗的疗效，降低癌组织中ki67、P53表达水平。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effects of Jianpibushen prescription on the expressions of ki67 and P53 in the patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy for triple negative breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with triple negative breast cancer treated in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into the treatment group(receiving Jianpibushen prescription+TEC, n=30) and the control group(receiving TEC alone, n=30). The short-term clinical effect, the expressions of ki67 and P53 in the breast cancer specimens were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The short-term clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The expressions of ki67 and P53 in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, but there were no significant differences between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion Jianpibushen prescription has a better effect on triple negative breast cancer. It can reduce the expressions of ki67 and P53 in the cancer tissues. |
