| ［摘要］ 脂联素（adiponectin,APN）为白色脂肪组织特异性分泌的脂肪细胞因子，作用广泛，在脂肪代谢、能量代谢、糖代谢、心血管系统中发挥重要作用，具有抗炎、抗粥样硬化、胰岛素增敏等多种功能。大量研究证实脂联素与急性胰腺炎关系密切，该文对脂联素与急性胰腺炎关系的研究进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Adiponectin(APN) is a highly adipocyte-specific secretory adipokine by white adipose tissue. APN affects the regulation of lipid and energy metabolism, glucose metabolism and cardiovascular function. APN has a variety of functions including anti-flammatory, anti-atherosclerotic, insulin sensitization and so on. A large number of studies indicate that APN plays an important role in occurrence and development of acute pancreatitis. In this paper, we review the relationship between adiponectin and pancreatitis. |
