| ［摘要］ 目的 观察弹力袜配合依诺肝素钠联合气压治疗仪治疗在预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后并发下肢深静脉血栓中的临床效果。方法 选择2014-05～2017-10该科收治的120例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为三组，对照A组40例给予常规护理措施，对照B组40例在常规护理基础上给予依诺肝素钠治疗，观察组40例在常规护理基础上穿弹力袜配合依诺肝素钠联合气压治疗仪治疗。对比三组深静脉血栓发生率。结果 观察组深静脉血栓发生率为2.50%，对照A组为30.00%，对照B组为20.00%，观察组深静脉血栓发生率较对照A组和对照B组差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组肺栓塞发生率为0.00%，对照A组为17.50%，对照B组为7.50%，观察组和对照A组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 弹力袜配合依诺肝素钠联合气压治疗仪治疗预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后并发下肢深静脉血栓效果良好，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effect of elastic stockings combined with enoxaparin sodium and barometric pressure therapy on prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT) in patients with gynecological malignant tumors. Methods 120 patients with gynecological malignant tumors were selected as the research objects in our department from May 2014 to October 2017. The patients were divided into 3 groups: the control group A(n=40) receiving routine nursing measures, the control group B(n=40) receiving the conventional nursing measures plus injection of enoxaparin sodium therapy and the observation group(n=40) receiving the conventional nursing measures plus wearing elastic stockings combined with injection of enoxaparin sodium and barometric pressure therapy. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis was compared among the 3 groups. Results The incidence rate of DVT was 2.50% in the observation group, 30.00% in the control group A, and 20.00% in the control group B. The incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group A or than that of the control group B(P<0.05). The incidence of pulmonary embolism was 0.00% in the observation group, 17.50% in the control group A, and 7.50% in the control group B, with a significant difference between the observation group and the control group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Wearing elastic stockings combined with injection of enoxaparin sodium and barometric pressure therapy can prevent postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumors. |
