内镜辅助下经鼻蝶入路手术治疗垂体瘤的临床效果观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨内镜辅助下经鼻蝶入路手术治疗垂体瘤的临床效果。方法 将该院2017-05~2018-05收治的92例垂体瘤患者,根据手术方法不同分为对照组和研究组,对照组行经鼻蝶显微镜垂体瘤切除术治疗,研究组行内镜辅助下经鼻蝶入路手术治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效及两组患者内分泌激素水平及术后并发症发生情况。结果 研究组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),同时研究组的术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后研究组血管紧张素、肾素、去甲肾上腺素等内分泌激素水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 内镜辅助下经鼻蝶入路手术治疗垂体瘤患者的效果更佳,患者内分泌激素水平的影响相对较低,治疗有效率高,不良反应少,值得进一步推广。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscope-assisted transsphenoidal approach on treatment of pituitary adenomas. Methods 92 patients with pituitary adenomas treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with pituitary adenoma resection via microscope nasal transsphenoidal resection, and the study group received pituitary adenoma resection by endoscope-assisted transsphenoidal approach. The clinical effects, the endocrine hormone levels and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01), and the incidence postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). The levels of angiotensin, renin, norepinephrine and other endocrine hormones in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion Endoscope-assisted transsphenoidal approach is more effective in the treatment of pituitary adenomas and the impacts of endocrine hormone levels is relatively less.
