盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿临床效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 将2016-02~2017-09收治的126例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组在常规对症治疗基础上加用阿奇霉素静脉滴注,研究组在对照组基础上加用盐酸氨溴索。观察两组患儿肺啰音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间及免疫功能改善情况,评价两组临床疗效。结果 研究组患儿肺啰音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组显效36例,有效23例,无效4例。对照组显效24例,有效27例,无效12例。研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患儿治疗前CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均有所提高,研究组较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿临床疗效显著,并明显改善患儿免疫功能。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on immune function. Methods A total of 126 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 were divided into the research group and the control group by random number table method. The control group received the routine treatment plus injection of azithromycin. The research group received the same treatment as the control group plus ambroxol hydrochloride. The disappearance time of pulmonary rales and cough, the body temperature recovery, the improved situation of immune function and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of pulmonary rales and cough, and the time of body temperature recovery in the research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). In the research group, 36 cases were markedly effective, 23 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective. In the control group, 24 cases were markedly effective, 27 cases effective and 12 cases ineffective. The clinical effect in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ were improved in both of the two groups after treatment, but the improvements in the research group were more obvious than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin has a significant curative effect on treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and it can improve the patients′ immune function.
