| ［摘要］ 目的 分析专家型胫骨髓内钉在治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折中的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析30例胫骨远端干骺端骨折患者应用专家型胫骨髓内钉固定手术，总结术后疗效。结果 所有患者术后获得随访4～18个月（平均13.2个月），骨折临床愈合时间平均4.2个月，所有骨折均获得骨性愈合，并根据Joher-wruhs标准评分，优良率为96.6%。结论 专家型胫骨髓内钉在治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折中骨折愈合率高，创伤小，并发症少，疗效良好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effect of expert type tibial intramedullary nailing on distal tibia fracture. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with distal tibia fractures receiving an expert intramedullary nail operation were retrospectively analyzed. The postoperative efficacy was summarized. Results All the patients were followed up for 4～18 months(13.2 months in average). The clinical healing time of fractures was 4.2 months in average. Bone union was observed in all the patients. According to Joher-wruhs criteria, the excellent and good rate was 96.6%. Conclusion The expert type tibial intramedullary nailing has a high healing rate in the treatment of distal tibia fractures with less trauma, fewer complications and better curative effect. |
