| ［摘要］ 食管癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,治疗方式主要包括内镜、手术、放疗和化疗，这些传统治疗手段虽在临床应用多年,但其对食管癌的总体疗效仍不尽人意。免疫治疗作为近年来癌症治疗领域的新星,主要包括免疫检查点抑制剂、肿瘤疫苗和过继性细胞免疫治疗，在多种恶性肿瘤的治疗中展示了令人鼓舞的疗效。目前食管癌免疫治疗的多项临床研究正在进行，初步研究结果显示免疫治疗在食管癌治疗中相当具有潜力，但也存在不少问题。该文就近年来食管癌免疫治疗的研究进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system. Main therapies for esophageal cancer include endoscopy, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. These traditional treatments have appreciated clinical effects for many years, but the overall efficacy is still unsatisfactory. As a shining star of the field recently, immunotherapies, including immune checkpoint inhibitors, tumor vaccines and adoptive cellular immunotherapy, have shown encouraging effects in the treatment of various malignant tumors. At present, multiple clinical studies of immunotherapy for esophageal cancer are ongoing, these studies indicate that immunotherapy might have a great potential in the treatment of esophageal cancer. However, there are still many problems in immunotherapy. This article reviews the progress of immunotherapy for esophageal cancer in recent years. |
