长链非编码RNA-ROR在慢性心力衰竭患者血清中的表达及临床意义

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨长链非编码RNA-ROR(lncRNA-ROR)在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清中的表达水平及临床意义。方法 收集25名正常人(对照组)及109例CHF患者,采用实时荧光定量PCR(real-time PCR)检测两组血清中lncRNA-ROR的表达,分析lncRNA-ROR的表达与N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左室舒张末期内径及左心室射血分数的相关性。结果 对照组中lncRNA-ROR的表达水平相对较低,CHF患者中lncRNA-ROR的表达水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析发现lncRNA-ROR的表达水平与CHF心功能分级、左室舒张末期内径及NT-proBNP呈正相关,与左心室射血分数呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 lncRNA-ROR的表达水平与心力衰竭严重程度相关,有望成为早期诊断CHF的生物学标志物。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the expression of long chain noncoding RNA-ROR(lncRNA-ROR) in the serum of the patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of lncRNA-ROR in the serum of 25 healthy subjects(control group) and in 109 patients with CHF were detected by Real-time PCR. The correlation between the expressions of lncRNA-ROR and NT-proBNP, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction was analyzed. Results The expression of lncRNA-ROR in the CHF patients was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The expression of lncRNA-ROR was positively correlated with cardiac functional grading of CHF, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and NT-proBNP, and was negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of lncRNA-ROR is related to the severity of heart failure. lncRNA-ROR is expected to be a biomarker for early diagnosis of CHF.
