| ［摘要］ 子宫瘢痕妊娠（caesarean scar pregnancy，CSP）是指孕囊着床于剖宫产手术后子宫切口瘢痕上。该病若处理不当易导致难以控制的阴道大出血和子宫破裂，导致子宫切除，甚至危及患者生命，极具危险性。因此，对该病的早期正确的诊断和处理尤为重要。该文对CSP的发病机制、诊断、治疗进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Caesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) refers to the ectopic implantation of the pregnancy sac in the myometrium at the site of a previous caesarean scar. CSP is potentially life threatening, if it is not managed early and properly. It may lead to serious complications such as massive and uncontrolled vaginal bleeding and uterine rupture, which often results in subsequent loss of fertility even hysterectomy. Therefore, early diagnosis and management of CSP is very important. In this paper, we review the advances in pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of CSP. |
