| ［摘要］ 由于老年人口的持续增加，脑血管病已成为中老年人死亡的主要原因之一。因此，进一步研究缺血性中风发生、发展的机制，积极开展有效的早期预防，是广大医务工作者的共同愿望。该文对P2X嘌呤能受体7（P2X7R）在缺血性中风发病中作用的研究进展进行综述，旨在为缺血性中风的治疗提供理论依据。 |

| ［Abstract］ Because of the increasing population of the elderly, cerebrovascular diseases have become one of the main causes of death in them. Therefore, it is the common aspiration of medical workers in the world to further study the mechanism of the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke and actively carry out effective early prevention. In this paper, we review the research progress of purinergic 2X7(P2X7) receptor in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke. |
