臭氧水灌洗联合负压封闭引流治疗坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察臭氧水灌洗联合负压封闭引流治疗坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2012-06~2017-12坏死性筋膜炎患者共32例,随机分为臭氧水组(16例)和对照组(16例),臭氧水组采用臭氧水灌洗联合负压封闭引流治疗,对照组采用生理盐水灌洗联合负压封闭引流治疗。比较两组住院天数、住院费用、手术次数及感染控制所需天数。结果 臭氧水组住院天数为(19.88±5.62)d,短于对照组的(28.13±9.61)d;臭氧水组住院费用为(18263.31±6181.26)元,低于对照组的(29241.44±15189.48)元;臭氧水组手术次数为(2.94±0.77)次,少于对照组的(3.81±1.33)次;臭氧水组感染控制天数为(10.31±4.27)d,短于对照组的(15.63±8.14)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 臭氧水灌洗联合负压封闭引流治疗坏死性筋膜炎,可缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,减少手术次数,有效控制感染。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ozonated water irrigation combined with vacuum sealing drainage on necrotizing fasciitis. Methods Thirty-two cases of necrotizing fasciitis were selected in our hospital from June 2102 to December 2017 and were randomly divided into the ozonated water group(treated with ozonated water irrigation combined with vacuum sealing drainage, n=16) and the control group(treated with normal saline combined with vacuum sealing drainage, n=16). The days of hospitalization, the hospitalization costs, the number of operation and the days of infection control were compared between the two groups. Results The days of hospitalization in the ozonated water group (19.88±5.62)d were less than those in the control group[(28.13±9.61)d](P<0.05). The hospitalization costs of the ozonated water group[(18263.31±6181.26)yuan] were less than those of the control group[(29241.44±15189.48)yuan](P<0.05). The operation times of the ozonated water group (2.94±0.77) were less than those of the control group (3.81±1.33)(P<0.05). The days of infection control in the ozonated water group[(10.31±4.27)d] were less than those in the control group[(15.63±8.14)d](P<0.05). Conclusion Ozonated water irrigation combined with vacuum sealing drainage can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the hospitalization costs and the times of operation, and effectively control the infection.
