| ［摘要］ 骨性Ⅲ类错（牙合）畸形在临床中较为常见，具有下颌相对前突而呈现面中1/3凹陷的特征，除了对咀嚼、语言、呼吸以及其他生理功能的影响外，颜面部美观的影响往往伴随着严重的社会心理问题，临床就诊率较高。上气道又称为人类的“生命腔隙”，其阻塞将影响人的正常呼吸与睡眠。骨性Ⅲ类错（牙合）畸形患者在进行口腔正畸治疗的过程中其上气道易受多种因素的影响而发生不同的变化。因此，了解骨性Ⅲ类错（牙合）畸形的上气道特征以及探究不同治疗方法对其上气道所产生的影响至关重要，该文就此进行简要综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion is common in clinic. Its characteristics are that the mandible is relatively anterior and the midface is sunken deformity. It not only affects chewing, language, breathing and other physiological functions, but also has an impact on facial beauty which is often accompanied with serious psychosocial problems, and the rate of clinical consultation is high. The upper airway is also known as the human “life cavity”, and obstruction of the upper airway will affect normal breathing and sleep. The upper airways have different changes during the orthodontic treatment due to many different factors in the patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion. Therefore, it is important to understand the upper airway characteristics of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion and to explore the effects of different treatments on the upper airway. We briefly review the advances in upper airway space of the patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion in this paper. |
