三焦点人工晶体与双焦点人工晶体在老年性白内障术后患者中视觉质量的早期比较观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 比较三焦点人工晶体与双焦点人工晶体对老年性白内障术后患者早期视觉质量的影响。方法 选取进行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的老年患者20例,以植入AT LISA tri 839MP人工晶体的10例为观察组;以植入AT LISA 809M人工晶体的10例为对照组,比较两组术后3个月的治疗效果。结果 观察组裸眼中视力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组眼镜依赖程度以及视中满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 三焦点人工晶体能够帮助老年性白内障患者获得全程视力,特别是中视力,并能获得较高的术后视觉质量满意度。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To compare the effects of trifocal intraocular lens and bifocal intraocular lens on the early visual quality in elderly patients after cataract surgery. Methods Twenty cataract patients receiving phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were selected, and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods among whom 10 patients receiving AT LISA tri 839MP intraocular lens implantation were taken as the observation group, and 10 patients receiving AT LISA 809M intraocular lens implantation as the control group. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups 3 months after operation. Results The uncorrected intermediate vision acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The observation group was better than the control group in the degree of dependence on glasses and visual satisfaction scores(P<0.05). Conclusion Trifocal intraocular lens can help senile cataract patients to obtain the whole vision, especially intermediate vision, and improve their visual quality satisfaction.
