| ［摘要］ 在精神药理学领域，用“治疗药物监测（therapeutic drug monitoring，TDM）”指导临床用药是近年来的研究热点。通过TDM不断探索血药浓度与药物剂量、临床疗效、不良反应等的关系，从而实现个体化合理用药。该文就新型抗抑郁药血药浓度与临床疗效相关性的研究进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM) is a research hotspot to guide the clinical medications in the field of psychopharmacology in recent years. Individualized and rationalized medications can be achieved through TDM to illuminate the relationship between blood drug concentration, dose, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. In this paper, we review the research progress in the relationship between blood concentration of new type antidepressants and their clinical efficacy. |
