实时导航与传统种植牙技术的精确度研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 比较实时导航与传统自由手种植牙技术的植入精确度。方法 选取40颗经种植牙手术植入的植体,分为实时导航种植组(20颗)和传统种植组(20颗),分别采用实时导航和传统自由手种植技术。患者术前术后拍摄螺旋CT,术前均用专业软件设计植体位置,植入后进行种植体术前术后颈部、尖部和角度偏差的测量。应用SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析,比较两种方法的植入偏差。结果 两组患者种植牙手术均顺利进行并完成植体的成功植入,其中实时导航种植组在术前术后种植体颈部中心点、根尖部和角度的偏差均小于传统种植组的偏差,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实时导航种植牙术式较传统仅凭手感的种植方式具有更高的精确度。

Differences in accuracies between implant placements by dynamic navigation versus conventional free-hand method

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To compare the accuracies of the implant placements by dynamic navigation versus conventional free hand method. Methods Forty dental implants were selected and were divided into the dynamic navigation implant group(20 implants) and the conventional implant group(20 implants). The dynamic navigation implant group received the implant placements by dynamic navigation and the conventional implant group received the implant placements by the conventional free hand method. Spiral computed tomography(CT) was taken before and after the operation. The implant position was designed by professional software before the operation. The deviations of the neck, tip and angle of the implants were measured before and after the operation. SPSS16.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the implantation deviations of the two methods. Results The patients in the two groups were successfully implanted with the implants. The deviations of the neck center point, tip and angle of the implants before and after the operation in the dynamic navigation implant group were significantly smaller than those in the conventional implant group(P<0.05). Conclusion The dynamic navigation technique is more accurate than the conventional free hand method on dental implant placements.
