| ［摘要］ 三叉神经痛是常见的面部疼痛之一，其发病原因目前尚不明确。当前被普遍接受的是血管压迫学说，其次是神经脱髓鞘学说。由于其治疗方案尚无统一标准，导致治疗方法的多样性。治疗结果、并发症及复发率也各有差异。该文主要对三叉神经痛的临床治疗进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Trigeminal neuralgia is one of the common facial pains, but the etiology of trigeminal neuralgia is not clear yet. The theory of vascular oppression is generally accepted currently, and demyelination of nerve fibers is another cause of trigeminal neuralgia. No unified criterion by now leads to the diversity of the treatment methods and the results of treatments, complications and recurrence rates are also different. In this paper, we review the advances in the clinical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. |
