| ［摘要］ 新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19)具有高传染性和严重致病性，部分患者存在不同程度肝损伤，可能会影响门静脉高压患者的预后。如何在严格防控疫情下做好门静脉高压患者的诊治工作是面临的严峻新挑战。该文收集分析现有COVID-19防治的相关文献资料，参考国内同行经验和相关方案，提出COVID-19疫情防控期间门静脉高压患者诊疗与随访策略，供同行在临床工作中参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is highly contagious and severely pathogenic, and some COVID-19 patients have different degrees of liver injury, which may affect the prognosis of the COVID-19 patients with portal hypertension. How to make a proper diagnosis and treatment of the patients with portal hypertension under the strict prevention and control of the epidemic situation is a serious new challenge. In this paper, based on the summary and analysis of the existing literature related to COVID-19, referring to the experience of domestic experts in the same field and relevant protocols, we put forward the recommended strategies for diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of the patients with portal hypertension during the epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 for the reference of medical workers in the same field in the clinical work. |
