药物涂层球囊与药物洗脱支架在冠状动脉原位病变中的应用效果比较

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 比较药物涂层球囊(drug-coated balloon,DCB)与药物洗脱支架(drug-eluting stent,DES)在冠状动脉原位病变的应用效果。方法 选取郑州大学第五附属医院心血管内科2016-07~2018-07收治的冠心病患者110例,按照治疗方式的不同分成DCB组55例和DES组55例。比较两组治疗9个月后靶病变血管血运重建(TLR)率、主要心脏不良事件(MACE)及定量冠状动脉造影(QCA)结果。结果 经皮冠状动脉治疗术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后9个月,两组患者TLR率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DCB组的晚期管腔丢失小于DES组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DCB可减小晚期管腔丢失,且在TLR方面与DES无差异,在冠状动脉原位病变中有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To compare the application effects of drug-coated balloon(DCB) and drug-eluting stent(DES) on in-situ lesions of coronary arteries. Methods A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in the Department of Cardiology, the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the DCB group(n=55) and the DES group(n=55) according to different treatment methods. The target lesion revascularization(TLR) rate, major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE), and quantitative coronary angiography(QCA) results were compared between the two groups 9 months after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the TLR rate between the two groups 9 months after PCI(P>0.05). The late lumen loss in the DCB group was less than that in the DES group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion DCB can reduce the late lumen loss and has no significant difference in TLR compared with DES, which has high application value for in-situ lesions of coronary arteries.
