| ［摘要］ 目的 分析卵巢混合性生殖细胞肿瘤的临床病理特征，探讨肿瘤中各成分漏诊、误诊情况及其原因。方法 收集36例确诊为卵巢混合性生殖细胞肿瘤的病例资料，并进行形态学观察及免疫组化检查。结果 36例患者发病年龄为6～63岁，中位年龄22.4岁。所有肿瘤均含有两种或两种以上生殖细胞肿瘤成分。其中13例漏诊卵黄囊瘤成分，2例漏诊无性细胞瘤成分，1例漏诊绒癌成分，漏诊率达44.4%；1例误诊为透明细胞癌。结论 卵巢混合性生殖细胞肿瘤存在多种肿瘤成分，各成分比例不同，生长方式也不同，不同类型生殖细胞肿瘤在处理方式和预后存在差异。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of ovarian mixed germ cell tumors(OMGCT), and to investigate the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of tumor components and their causes. Methods The case data of 36 patients diagnosed with OMGCT were collected, and morphological observation and immunohistochemical examination were performed. Results The onset age of the 36 patients was 6～63 years, with a median age of 22.4 years. All the tumors contained two or more tumor components of germ cell tumors. Among them, 13 cases missed the diagnosis of yolk sac tumor component; 2 cases missed the diagnosis of dysgerminoma component; 1 case missed the diagnosis of choriocarcinoma component, and the missed diagnosis rate was 44.4%. One case was misdiagnosed with clear cell carcinoma. Conclusion Ovarian mixed germ cell tumors often have a mixture of multiple tumor components with different proportions and growth patterns. Different types of germ cell tumors have different treatments and prognoses. |
