| ［摘要］ 腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术（LPD）在我国近5年内得到突飞猛进的发展，其手术时长、术后并发症等均与传统开腹手术相当，但在术中出血量、术后住院时间及患者术后疼痛感等方面更具优势。结合国内外相关研究的文献资料及笔者团队经验，我们认为LPD是一种安全、可行、有效的手术方式。针对LPD开展过程中手术适应证、切除范围、手术入路及吻合方式等问题，目前有大量的文献资料加以探讨，但确实有效的结果还需要经验的积累以及更多前瞻性的研究和大样本临床资料的荟萃分析。 |

| ［Abstract］ Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD) has been developed rapidly in China in the past five years. Its operation time and postoperative complications are similar to those of traditional open surgery, but it has more advantages in terms of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative pain. Combining the relevant domestic and foreign literatures and the experience of our team, we believe that LPD is a safe, feasible and effective surgical method. Currently, a large number of literatures have been discussed on surgical indications, resection scope, surgical approaches and anastomosis during the development of LPD. However, the accumulation of experience, more prospective studies and meta-analysis of large sample clinical data are still needed to obtain the effective results. |
