| ［摘要］ 鼻咽癌是我国南方地区常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤疾病，在广西地区普遍高发。鼻咽癌防治的重点在于早诊早治。2010年以来广西鼻咽癌防控工作取得令人瞩目的进展。进一步加强鼻咽癌的发病基础研究，完善发病流行病学的登记统计，提高高发地区及高危人群的早诊率，探索肿瘤个体化治疗的应用，提高患者的生存时间及生活质量是广西鼻咽癌防控工作的主要策略。未来广西鼻咽癌防控工作依然任重而道远。 |

| ［Abstract］ Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) is a common head and neck malignant tumor in southern parts of China, and the incidence is high in Guangxi. The focus of NPC prevention and treatment lies in early diagnosis and early treatment. Since 2010, remarkable progress has been made in the prevention and control of NPC in Guangxi. The main strategies for prevention and control of NPC in Guangxi are to further strengthen the basic research on the development of NPC, improve the registration and statistics of epidemiology, increase the early diagnosis rate in high-incidence areas and high-risk populations, explore the application of individualized tumor treatment, and improve the survival time and quality of life of the patients. The future prevention and control of NPC in Guangxi still has a long way to go. |
