摘要:
[摘要] 高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)是一种核蛋白,几乎存在于所有细胞的细胞核中,可调节染色质结构、DNA复制和基因转录等。它对细胞正常发育起到至关重要的作用。当HMGB1作为一种损伤相关分子模式从细胞内向外释放时,在介导炎症反应中扮演重要角色。心肌缺血再灌注损伤是一种多种细胞及细胞因子参与的病理生理过程,涉及的信号分子及通路极其复杂。随着疾病分子生物学水平的发展,研究发现HMGB1在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中起关键作用。阐明HMGB1在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用有助于探寻新的治疗靶点。该文对HMGB1在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中作用的研究进展作一综述。

Research progress on the role of HMGB1 in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury

Abstract:
[Abstract] High mobility group box-1(HMGB1) is a nuclear protein, which exists in the nuclei of almost all cells. It can regulate chromatin structure, DNA replication and gene transcription. It is essential for the normal development of cells. HMGB1 plays an important role in mediating the inflammatory response when it is released from the inside of cells to the outside of cells as a damage-related molecular pattern. Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is a pathophysiological process in which a variety of cells and cytokines participate, and the signal molecules and pathways involved are extremely complex. With the development of molecular biology of diseases, studies have found that HMGB1 plays a key role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Elucidating the role of HMGB1 in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury help us to explore new therapeutic targets. In this paper, the research progress of HMGB1 in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is reviewed.
