| ［Abstract］ Lidocaine is an intermediate-acting local anesthetic with amino amide structure and is a sodium channel blocker. In addition to local anesthesia, regional anesthesia and antiarrhythmic treatment, lidocaine is widely used in clinical practice. In this paper, the clinical applications of lidocaine and their brief mechanisms are reviewed. |
