| ［摘要］ 静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是肿瘤患者常见的并发症，严重影响患者预后与生存，VTE的发生发展受多种因素影响。肿瘤进展及肿瘤治疗会影响患者血液系统中众多血细胞计数及功能，后者变化在肿瘤进展、促进血液高凝状态及血栓形成方面发挥着重要的作用。除了针对凝血因子的抗凝药物外，针对血细胞相应靶点的药物可能成为未来预防及治疗VTE的新途径。为此，该文就血细胞计数及功能变化与肿瘤相关VTE的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Venous thromboembolism(VTE) is a common complication in tumor patients, which seriously affects the prognosis and survival of the patients. The occurrence and development of VTE is influenced by many factors. Tumor progression and tumor treatment affect the count and function of numerous blood cells in the patients′ blood system, and the changes of the latter play an important role in tumor progression, promoting blood hypercoagulability and thrombosis. In addition to anticoagulant drugs targeting coagulation factors, drugs targeting corresponding targets of blood cells may become new approaches of VTE prevention and treatment in the future. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress in blood cell count and functional changes, and tumor-associated VTE. |
