| ［摘要］ 克罗恩病（CD）是一种可累及整个消化道同时也可并存消化道外病变的炎症性疾病。CD的发病率和患病率在我国逐渐升高。虽然这类疾病以内科治疗为主，但当CD发展为并发症或者内科治疗效果不佳时需外科治疗。如何帮助患者平稳度过围手术期为外科医师所关注。该文结合文献和笔者单位的经验，从CD患者的整体因素和局部因素探讨围手术期的关注点。 |

| ［Abstract］ Crohn′s disease(CD) is an inflammatory disease involving both the entire digestive tract and lesions coexisting outside the digestive tract. The incidence and prevalence of CD are increasing in China. Although this kind of disease is mainly treated with internal medicine, surgical treatment is required when CD develops into a complication or the medical treatment is not effective. How to help the patients survive the perioperative period smoothly is the concern of the surgeons. Based on the literature and the authors′ experience, this paper discusses the perioperative concerns in terms of the overall and local factors of CD patients. |
