| 目的 对广西各市县二级以上医院是否开展腹膜透析治疗、腹膜透析液配送情况进行调查,为患者方便提取腹膜透析液、进行腹膜透析随访提供客观依据。方法 通过电话访谈法、实地走访、问卷调查法调查广西14个地级市、7个县级市、56个县、12个自治县共89个市县的162家二级以上医院腹膜透析技术开展及腹透液配送情况。结果 ：162家医院有30家开展腹膜透析技术,能为维持性腹膜透析患者提供随访；全区共有33个县、市不能提取到腹膜透析液。结论 广西地区间腹膜透析治疗技术推广水平不均衡,地区间腹透液配送上门服务有待完善。政府应在腹膜透析技术开展方面给予一定扶持；联合政府、企业、医院共同解决基层腹膜透析液供应及配送,完善配送管理策略,可在一定程度上缓解腹膜透析患者看病难问题。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the peritoneum dialysis’s qualification and dispatching situation of cities and counties and over the second class hospital in Guangxi, and provide the strategies and suggestion. In order to patient pick up peritoneal dialysateconveniently and provide objective basis of peritoneal dialysis’ s promotion in Guangxi. Methods Peritoneum Dialysis’s qualification and dispatching situation of 89 cities and counties and 162 over the second class hospital including 14 prefecture-level cities,7 county-level cities, 56 counties, 12 autonomous counties in Guangxi were investigated by documentation, telephone ,interview and questionnaire. Result The technical level of peritoneal dialysis in Guangxi is uneven, and the developmental level on transporting service of peritoneal dialysate showed great variance .The technical level of peritoneal dialysis and relatively transporting service still need to reinforce and improvement. Conclusion the amount of hospital who have qualification of peritoneal dialysis’s technology is few; the distribution of peritoneal dialysate is weak. The government should formulate the standards of peritoneal dialysis’s technology, and the content should include peritoneal dialysis’s dispatching management. In order to facilitate patient, The government should make use of increasingly logistic network and Informative network based on increasing reimbursement on insurance of new rural cooperative medical treatment. |
