| 近年来，女性乳腺疾病的发生率逐年增加，乳腺癌成为了我国女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，乳腺良恶性实质性肿块的鉴别诊断一直是医学影像学研究的重点难点。超声造影使实性肿瘤中的低速低流量的微小血管得以显示，并进行实时动态评估，从而对提高了诊断及鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块的准确率。本文就超声造影在乳腺实性肿块良恶性诊断中的应用价值进行综述。 |

| In recent years, The incidence of breast diseases has been increasing year after year, Breast cancer has became the highest incidence of women malignant masses in China. Diagnosis of the benign and malignant breast solid tumors are the difficult problems in medical imaging research. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) can display the solid masses small vessels with low-velocity and low-flow , and make real-time dynamic evaluation, It can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and identify of benign and malignant breast masses. The value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast solid masses is reviewed in this paper. |
