| 【】目的：探讨前置胎盘剖宫产术中出现胎盘剥离面出血后,应用子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术治疗的效果。方法：择取2017年1月~2017年12月我院134例前置胎盘剖宫产术中发生胎盘剥离面出血的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法对其进行分组,分为研究组与研究组,每组各67例。对照组采用传统的“8” 字缝合方法止血,研究组采用子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术手术。观察对比两组手术时间、术中失血量、术后24h出血量、缩宫素应用量、术后并发症情况及子宫切除率。结果：研究组手术时间、术中失血量、术后24h出血量低于对照组(P<0.01),两组缩宫素对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在晚期产后出血、子宫复旧不全与术后切口感染发生率比较中,两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组子宫切除率0.00%低于对照组的8.96%(P<0.05)。结论：前置胎盘剖宫产术中出现胎盘剥离面出血后,采用子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术治疗可以达到理想的止血效果,适于临床推广。 |

| Effect of transverse annular compression suture of lower uterine segment in placenta abruption hemorrhage during placenta previa during cesarean section |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of transverse circular compression suture of the lower uterus on placental dissection hemorrhage in cesarean section with placenta previa. Methods: 134 patients with placental bleeding during cesarean section of placenta previa, which were treated in our hospital in January 2017 ~2017 December, were divided into control group and study group with 67 cases in each group. In the control group, the traditional "8" suture method was used to stop bleeding. The study group adopted a transverse ring compression suture under the lower uterine segment. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative 24 hours blood loss, oxytocin use, postoperative complications and hysterectomy rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: the operation time of the study group, the amount of blood loss during the operation and the blood volume of 24h after operation were lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of uterine involution incompleteness, late postpartum hemorrhage and postoperative incision infection between the two groups (P > 0.05). The hysterectomy rate in the study group was 0% lower than that in the control group (8.96%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Lower uterine transverse circular compression suture for placenta previa during cesarean section bleeding effect is satisfactory, suitable for clinical promotion. |
