| 目的 探讨复合乳酸菌联合四联疗法根除患者幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效。方法 选取我院自2017年4月至2018年6月收治的幽门螺杆菌感染阳性的胃窦溃疡患者86例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分入对照组和研究组,对照组患者给予标准四联疗法,研究组患者在四联疗法的基础上加用复合乳酸菌,两组疗程均为2周,观察HP根除率。结果 研究组的HP根除率与对照组(90.7% vs 86.0%)根除率大致相同,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),两组不良反应腹泻、腹胀症状在治疗组和对照组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),恶心症状无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论 符合乳酸菌联合标准四联疗法联虽未能明显提高幽门螺杆菌感染的根除率,但可减轻患者腹泻、腹胀等不良反应,且安全性好。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical observation of compound lactobacillus capsule combined with quadruple therapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection since April 2017 to June 2018. Methods 86 patients with gastritis ulcer were confirmed by endoscopy and pathology and their HP infections were proved by 14C breath test. All participants didn′t ever accept the radical treatment of Hp and were evenly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group were treated with quadruple therapy and the treatment group were treated with compound lactobacillus on the basis of quadruple therapy. The difference was compared between the two groups in the rate of Hp-eradication. Results The rate of Hp-eradication in the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group(90.7% vs 86.0%),the two parameters didn ′t display statistical differences. (P＞0.05). With the respect of adverse reaction, the incidences of diarrhea (P ＜0.05), abdominal distension (P＜0.05), displayed significant differences in comparison of the two groups. But nausea (P＞0.05) in the two parameters didn ′t display statistical differences.Conclusion The compound lactobacillus combined with standard quadruple therapy could not improve the rate of refractory Hp-eradication,but reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction including diarrhea and abdominal distension and improve patient′s compliance during treatment. |
