| 干眼是临床常见的慢性眼表疾病，近年来干眼发病率日益增加，也越来越受到人们的重视。随着对干眼研究的深入，干眼的定义不断被更新，干眼的分类也不断被讨论，但目前国际上尚无统一的干眼分类方法。1995年美国国立眼科研究所提出的干眼定义与分类为后续干眼的研究奠定了基础。国际泪膜与眼表协会分别于2007年及2017年发布第一版干眼系列共识（DEWS I）及第二版干眼系列共识（DEWS Ⅱ），有关干眼的各方面研究均有显著的进展。2013年中华医学会眼科学分会角膜病学组制定了我国首个干眼的临床诊疗专家共识，对我国的干眼诊疗具有指导意义。本文笔者基于以上四份专家共识围绕干眼的定义与分类的研究现状进行综述。 |

| Dry eye,a common chronic eye disease in clinical practice,has reserved growing attention by people with increasing incidence rate of dry eye recently.However, there is no globally?recognized categorization of dry eye at present,although the definition and the categorization of it has been updated constantly with in-depth researches.In 1995,the National Eye Institute/Industry Workshop proposed?the?definition?and categorization of dry eye, which will?help?to build a foundation?for?future research.Later on,Tear Film and Ocular Surface Association(TFOS) issued Dry Eye Workshop I(DEWS I) and Dry Eye Workshop Ⅱ(DEWS Ⅱ) in 2007 and 2017?respectively, making significant progress in all aspects of dry eye research.In 2013,the first consensus of dry eye was established by the corneal disease group of the Chinese Ophthalmological Society,with guiding significance for the?diagnosis?and?treatment in our country.The review of this article was based on the definition and categorization of the dry eye of the four reports above. |
