| 目的 探讨戊酸雌二醇地诺孕素治疗月经过多患者的疗效及安全性。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年12月期间我院收治的60例月经过多患者，利用字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇+黄体酮治疗，观察组采用戊酸雌二醇地诺孕素治疗，对比两组临床疗效、月经量变化情况、血红蛋白变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率（93.33%）较对照组（73.33%）高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗3个月及6个月后，两组患者月经量均减少，观察组较对照组下降趋势更显著（P＜0.05）；与治疗前相比，治疗后两组的血红蛋白水平均提升，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05），且治疗后观察组血红蛋白水平较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 戊酸雌二醇地诺孕素治疗月经过多可有效提升疗效，减少月经出血量，提升血红蛋白水平,有可能成为临床治疗月经过多的主要药物。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Estradiol valerate/Dienogest （E2V/DNG） in the treatment for menorrhagia. Methods 60 menorrhagia patients, who were diagnosed from our hospital between January 2017 and December 2018, were grouped by randomized block, each included 30 patients. The patients in the control group were under the treatment with estradiol valerate and progeterone while the observation group took Estradiol Valerate/Dienogest . Results The efficiency was higher in observation group(93.33%) than control group(73.33%) , which was statistically significantly different(p<0.05). Patients in two groups were all benefited from sparromenorrhea and increase the level of hemoglobin after 3months and 6 months, and the efficiency was more significant in observation group(P<0.05). There was not difference in adverse reactions of these two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with menorrhagia could higher efficacy, shorter time of sparromenorrhea，and increasing the level of hemoglobin with the treatment of E2V/DNG , which may be the new better drug to management menorrhagia. |
