原子吸收法测定甲硝唑原料药中镉的含量方法研究

摘要:
目的:建立测定甲硝唑原料药中镉含量的测定方法。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,供试品经微波消解处理后测定,镉测定波长228.8nm,狭缝0.7nm,光源灯电流8MA,结果:镉浓度在线性范围0~2ng/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系, 平均加样回收率为 98.4%(RSD=1.2%,n=9)。结论:方法准确快捷、专属性强,检出限低,精密度高,回收率好,线性范围宽,稳定性好。

Abstract:
Objective: to establish a method for the determination of cadmium in metronidazole.Methods: graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry gfaas was used to determine the sample after microwave digestion. The wavelength of cadmium was 228.8nm, the slit was 0.7nm, and the light source current was 8MA,Results: there was a good linear relationship between cadmium concentration and absorbance in the linear range of 0 ~ 2ng/ml, and the average recovery was 98.4% (RSD = 1.2%, n = 9).Conclusion: the method has the advantages of accuracy, specificity, low detection limit, high precision, good recovery, wide linear range and good stability.
