| 目的：探讨肺错构瘤的临床表现、治疗方式以及预后。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的1例支气管内型错构瘤并行支气管镜下二氧化碳冷冻切除治疗患者的临床资料。结果：完善相关辅助检查排除禁忌后行支气管镜检查，同时行镜下二氧化碳冷冻切除治疗，术后患者临床症状明显好转，3月后随访患者未诉不适。结论：肺错构瘤是肺内最常见的良性肿瘤，包括肺内型和腔内型，本例患者属于腔内型错构瘤，其发生比例低，缺乏典型的临床症状，易被误诊为肺恶性肿瘤，尽管为肺良性肿瘤，但有恶变及复发可能，因此需要及早手术切除，定期复查。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations, treatment methods and prognosis of pulmonary hamartoma. Methods: The clinical data of one case of endobronchial hamartoma treated with bronchoscopy under carbon dioxide cryoablation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: The relevant auxiliary examinations were performed to eliminate the contraindications and the bronchoscopy was performed. At the same time, the carbon dioxide cryoablation was performed under the microscope. The clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly after the operation. The patients were not complained of discomfort after 3 months. Conclusion: Pulmonary hamartoma is the most common benign tumor in the lung, including intrapulmonary and intraluminal. This patient belongs to endoluminal hamartoma, which has a low proportion and lacks typical clinical symptoms. It is easily misdiagnosed as Pulmonary malignant tumors, although benign lung tumors, may have malignant transformation and recurrence, so early surgical resection is required and regular review is needed. |
