| 目的 将思维导图应用到用药安全管理中，为护士防范给药错误提供安全指引，保障患者用药安全。方法 把我院2016年6月至2017年5月发生的给药错误事件的原因分析和拟定对策绘制成思维导图，并对临床科室护理人员进行集中培训，使护士全面了解给药错误的原因及防范措施。应用前及应用后3个月，对相关护理人员进行给药错误原因及防范措施进行考核，并比较应用前后1年内用药错误发生率。结果 应用3 个月后235名护理人员理论考核得分均高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.01)。应用思维导图后1 年用药错误的发生率较应用前1 年降低,差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.01)。结论 思维导图有效提高护士对用药错误风险的认知与防范。增强护士落实防范措施的执行力，降低给药错误的风险。 |

| Objective：The mind mapping was applied to the nursing safety management to provide safety guidance for nurses to prevent medication errors and ensure the safety of patients. Methods：The causes of drug mistake events in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were analyzed and countermeasures were drawn up as mind maps. Nurses in clinical departments were trained intensively so that nurses could fully understand the causes of drug mistake and preventive measures. Before and 3 months after the application, the causes of medication errors and preventive measures were assessed, and the number of medication errors in 1 year before and after the application was compared. Results：The scores of theoretical assessment of 235 nurses after 3 months of application were higher than those before application (P < 0.01). The number of medication errors in one year after theapplication of mind mapping was significantly lower than that in the previous year (P < 0.01). Conclusions：Mind mapping can effectively improve nurses' cognition and prevention of medication error risk. To enhance nurses' implementation of preventive measures is also an effective way to improve the safety of patients. |
