手术室规范化培训学员人文关怀能力调查及培养策略

摘要:目的 调查本院手术室规范化培训学员人文关怀能力现状并探讨其培养策略,旨在提高手术室规范化培训学员整体人文关怀能力。方法 调查工具选用一般情况问卷和护士人文关怀能力量表对入院3年以下的手术室规范化培训学员160名进行调查。结果 其人文关怀能力总分为(125.06±16.23)分, 总体呈中等水平; 影响人文关怀能力得分的主要因素为工作年限、与病人的关系、护理专业的态度。 结论 手术室规范化培训学员的人文关怀水平尚待提高,护理管理者应针对各种影响因素, 制定培养策略, 促进其人文关怀能力的提升。

Abstract:
??Objective To investigate the current situation of the humanistic care ability of the standardized trainees in the operating room of our hospital and explore the training strategies, in order to improve the overall level of humanistic care of Standardization training trainees in operating room. Methods A total of 160 Standardization training trainees in operating room under 3 years of admission in our hospital were investigated with General Data Questionnaire and Humanistic Care Ability Scale for Nursing Professionals.
