目的 观察产房外等候期家属适时健康教育模式在初产妇身心健康维护中的应用效果。方法 将产房外等候期家属适时健康教育模式实施前(2018年1月-3月)和实施后(2018年4月-6月)于我院分娩的初产妇各100例纳为研究对象,实施前后产妇分别设置为对照组与试验组,对照组接受常规产科教育,试验组在对照组基础上增加产房外等候期家属适时健康教育干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果 试验组干预后的母婴保健健康知识技能掌握度评分和产科健康教育满意率显著高于对照组,产后抑郁症发生率和EPDS评分显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 产房外等候期家属适时健康教育活动的开展,有利于提升产妇及家属的母婴保健健康知识技能水平,降低产后抑郁症发生率与程度,深受初产妇与家属的认可。 |

Objective To observe the application effect of timely health education mode of family members in the waiting period of delivery room in the maintenance of primipara women's physical and mental health. Methods 100 cases of primiparas who gave birth in our hospital before the implementation of the timely health education model in the waiting period outside the delivery room (January to March 2018) and after implementation (April-June 2018) were selected as research objects. The maternal and postpartum women were set as the control group and the experimental group respectively. The control group received routine obstetric education. The experimental group increased the timely health education intervention of the family members in the waiting period outside the delivery room on the basis of the control group. The observation indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The maternal and child health knowledge and skills mastery score and obstetric health education satisfaction rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. The incidence of postpartum depression and EPDS score were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The development of timely health education activities for families during the waiting period outside the delivery room is conducive to improving the maternal and child health knowledge and skill water of maternal and family members, and reducing the incidence of postpartum depression. It is highly recognized by primiparas and their families. |
