| 甲状旁腺功能亢进症是由于各种原因，导致甲状旁腺本身病变合成和分泌甲状旁腺激素( Parathyroid hormone， PTH)过多，从而引发钙磷代谢紊乱和骨质破坏的一种全身性疾病。这其中大部分是由于甲状旁腺腺瘤而引起，约占所有病例的70%[1]。而甲状旁腺腺瘤往往由于早期的临床表现不典型， 患者可因无症状低钙血症来就诊，所以容易出现漏诊，并因此而延误治疗时机。对于甲状旁腺腺瘤，目前的治疗方法是以手术为主。但是，与传统开放甲状旁腺手术相比，经乳晕入路的完全腔镜甲状旁腺手术由于其特有的内镜放大作用、不延长手术时间、确切的美容效果等优势，具有更好的应用前景。 本文介绍完全腔镜下治疗巨大甲状旁腺腺瘤伴甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的诊治经过，旨在提高临床医师对腔镜下治疗甲状旁腺腺瘤的认识。 |

| Complete laparoscopic treatment of giant parathyroid adenoma with hyperparathyroidism: a case report |

| Hyperparathyroidism is a systemic disease caused by various reasons, which leads to excessive synthesis and secretion of parathyroid hormone (PTH) by parathyroid gland lesions, leading to disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism and bone destruction. Most of these cases are caused by parathyroid adenomas, accounting for about 70% of all cases. Parathyroid adenoma is often missed because of its atypical early clinical manifestations and asymptomatic hypocalcemia. For parathyroid adenoma, surgical treatment is the main method at present. However, compared with traditional open parathyroidectomy, total laparoscopic parathyroidectomy via areola approach has better application prospects due to its unique endoscopic magnification, no prolongation of operation time and exact cosmetic effect. This article introduces the diagnosis and treatment of giant parathyroid adenoma with hyperparathyroidism under complete endoscopy, in order to improve the clinicians'understanding of the treatment of parathyroid adenoma under endoscopy. |
