自噬这个词来源于希腊语,原意为“吃自己”和“精确的细胞作用”。自噬自从最初发现到如今经历了近五十年,[1]研究发现自噬可以被许多刺激所激活,包括饥饿、毒素、氧化应激和感染。在正常情况下,心肌细胞自噬维持在较低的情况,但在应激反应的高度激活下,自噬活动增强并在调节心脏稳态和功能中起重要作用。因此,本篇综述将讨论各类型心肌病发生发展中自噬的作用。 |

Abstract: |
The word autophagy comes from Greek, meaning "eat yourself" and "precise cellular action".Autophagy has lasted nearly 50 years since it was first discovered. [1] Studies have shown that autophagy can be activated by many stimuli, including hunger, toxins, oxidative stress and infection.Normally, autophagy of cardiac myocytes is maintained at a low level, but under the high activation of stress response, autophagy activity increases and plays an important role in regulating cardiac homeostasis and function. Therefore, this review will discuss the role of autophagy in the occurrence and development of various types of cardiomyopathy. |
