| 早产作为5岁以下儿童死亡的首要原因,造成了严重的家庭和全球疾病负担,而预防早产的一个主要挑战便是确定早产的危险因素。近年来,随着测序技术的发展,早产与微生物群落尤其是阴道微生物群落之间的关系成为了研究的热点。本文就早产与阴道微生物群落关系的研究进展做一简要综述。 |

| Preterm birth, as the leading cause of death in children under five years old, caused serious family and the global burden of disease. A major challenge in preventing preterm birth is to identify the risk factors of it. Recently, with the development of sequencing technology, the relationship between the preterm birth and microbial community, especially for the vaginal microbiome, has become a research hotspot. This study simply reviewed the research progress on the relationship between preterm birth and vaginal microbiome. |
