密闭式污水及标本收集器在泌尿系腔镜手术中的应用

摘要:
目的:探讨在泌尿系腔镜手术中使用密闭式污水及标本收集器的效果。方法:随机选取140例择期行泌尿系腔镜手术治疗的患者为研究对象,分成对照组与观察组,每组各70例,对照组在术中使用普通塑料桶进行液体标本的收集,观察组则使用密闭式污水及标本收集器收集,观察两组患者的手术情况。结果:对照组感染、低体温发生率分别为11.43%、10.00%,观察组感染与低体温分别为2.85%、1.43%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术室医护人员的总满意率为95.71%,明显高于对照组82.86%的总满意率(P<0.05);观察组术后液体标本平均采集量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿系腔镜手术中,应用密闭式污水及标本收集器,可降低患者感染及低体温发生率,减少对医护人员的健康伤害及方便标本采集,值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of closed sewage and specimen collector in urological endoscopic surgery. Methods: 140 patients undergoing elective urological endoscopic surgery were randomly selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group, 70 cases in each group. The control group used ordinary plastic barrels to collect liquid samples during the operation, while the observation group used closed sewage and sample collector to collect and observe the operation conditions of the two groups of patients. Results: the incidence of infection and hypothermia in the control group were 11.43% and 10.00% respectively, while the incidence of infection and hypothermia in the observation group were 2.85% and 1.43% respectively, with statistically significant difference (p < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of medical staff in the operating room of the observation group was 95.71%, significantly higher than the 82.86% of the control group (p < 0.05). The average amount of postoperative fluid samples collected in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: In urological endoscopic surgery, the application of closed sewage and specimen collector can reduce the incidence of infection and hypothermia of patients, reduce health injury to medical staff and facilitate specimen collection, which is worthy of promotion.
