下颌骨形态位置三维测量分析研究进展

摘要:
下颌骨对面部美观及颌面功能产生直接影响。早期研究主要通过头颅侧位X线片进行,随着锥状束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)的应用日渐广泛,现可使用三维头影测量及三维重叠等功能对下颌骨的形态结构及位置进行分析,从而更好地指导口腔正畸、正颌手术等领域的科学研究及临床工作。本文就下颌骨形态位置三维测量的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:
The mandible has a direct impact on facial aesthetics and maxillofacial function.lateral cephalometric radiographs were mainly used for two-dimensional measurement and analysis in earlier studies. With the wide application of cone-beam computerized tomography (CBCT), three-dimensional cephalomertic analysis and superimposition have been used to measure mandible morphology and position,so as to better guide scientific research and clinical work in the fields of orthodontics, orthognathic surgery and other fields. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of the three-dimensional measurement of mandible morphology and position.
