高通量测序在检测脓毒症病原学及耐药机制中的应用价值

摘要:
脓毒症是体对感染反应失调所致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,是急危重症医学面临的重要疾病。尽快明确病原学后尽早针对性抗感染治疗可降低病死率,是脓毒症治疗的关键,也是临床亟待解决的难题。目前的病原学检测技术在及时性和准确性等方面仍存在欠缺。高通量测序技术在诊断病原微生物方面,具有检测种类多、快速、精准等特点,且近年对于监测病原学耐药性有特殊优势,并正在逐步应用于临床。本文将对该技术在脓毒症病原学检测中的价值进行综述。

Abstract:
Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the dysregulation of the body's response to infection, and remains a challenge in intensive care medicine, its incidence increasing continuously over the past decades. The Early detection and identification of the causative pathogen in sepsis is crucial for an initiate or adjust optimization of the antimicrobial treatment regime,which can reduce the mortality rate and is also a clinical problem to be solved urgently. culture-based diagnostic procedures (e.g., blood cultures) represent the standard of care, although they are associated with relevant limitations. In the diagnosis of pathogenic microorganisms, high-throughput sequencing technology has the characteristics of multiple types, rapid, and accurate detection. In recent years, it has special advantages in monitoring pathogenic resistance and is gradually being used in clinical practice. This article reviews the value of high-throughput sequencing technique in the detection of sepsis etiology.
