| 目的 通过对12836例健康体检人群空腹血糖情况的调查分析,探讨年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)和职业及相关因素对血糖的影响,为糖尿病的早期筛查与高危人群健康干预提供依据。方法 通过分析2018年在某三级甲等医院体检中心进行体检的12836例体检人群空腹血糖情况,对不同特征人群间空腹血糖(FPG)均值和空腹血糖过高(IFG)检出率进行比较,根据人群职业种类、年龄、性别及BMI对血糖检测结果进行统计分析。结果 性别比较，FPG均值和IFG检出率男性均高于女性；年龄分层比较,FPG均值与IFG检出率随年龄增长而呈现递增趋势；职业人群比较,FPG均值与IFG检出率由高到低依次为公安系统、银行、机关、教育、医院;BMI分组比较,FPG均值随BMI升高而增高,IFG的检出率不同,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P

| Objectives To investigate the effects of age, sex, body mass index (BMI) and occupational and related factors on blood glucose in 12,836 healthy people, and to provide evidence for early screening of diabetes mellitus and health intervention in high-risk groups.Methods By analyzing the fasting blood glucose of 12,836 patients who underwent physical examination in a Grade 3A hospital in 2018, the mean value of fasting blood glucose (FPG) and the detection rate of excessive fasting blood glucose (IFG) were compared among different characteristic populations, and the results of blood glucose test were statistically analyzed according to the occupational type, age, sex and BMI of the population.Results The FPG mean was higher than the female, the IFG detection rate was not related to gender; the FPG mean and IFG detection rate increased with age compared with age; the FPG mean and IFG detection rate from high to low were public security system, banks, institutions, education, hospitals; BMI group comparison, the FPG mean increased with the increase of BMI, the detection rate was different, the comparison difference was statistically significant (P
