| 目的 对比Zessys椎间孔成型技术与传统椎间孔成型方式在远处脱垂型腰椎间盘突出症中的临床疗效。方法 统计我院2017 年8 月~2019 年 2 月Zessys椎间孔成型技术辅助组17例，常规手术组17例，均采用俯卧位，穿刺成功后，A组利用Zessys系统进行定向、定量椎间孔扩大成型，建立工作通道后进行镜下手术；B组通过常规穿刺逐级扩张成型，置入管道后进行镜下手术。结果 所有患者临床症状术后均明显缓解，两组相关评分较术前均有明显改善，差异较术前有统计学意义（P＜0.05），术后相同时间点，两组评分比较无统计学差异；两组术中出血量无明显差异（P>0.05），A组手术时间和术中透视次数均明显少于B组。结论 Zessys椎间孔成型技术较常规椎间孔成型技术在处理远处脱垂型腰椎间盘突出症中可缩短手术时间，减少术中医患的X线暴露，值得推广。 |

| Objective Comparing the clinical effects of Zessys foraminoplasty technique and traditional foraminoplasty in the treatment of prolapsed lumbar disc herniation.Method From August 2017 to February 2019, there were 17 patients in the zessys group and 17 patients in the conventional surgery group. After successful puncture, zessys system was used in group A for directional and quantitative enlargement of intervertebral foramen, and microscopical operation was performed after establishing working channel; group B was performed by routine puncture and expanding step by step, and then the operation was performed under microscope after the tube was placed. Results The clinical symptoms of all patients were significantly relieved after operation, and the related scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before operation (P < 0.05). At the same time point after operation, there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups; there was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (P > 0.05), and the operation time and intraoperative fluoroscopy times in group A were significantly less than those in group B. Conclusion Compared with the conventional transforaminal technique, zessys transforaminal plasty can shorten the operation time and reduce the X-ray exposure of patients, which is worthy of promotion. |
