肺移植术后早期细菌感染的研究进展

摘要:
肺移植是目前世界上公认的治疗终末期肺疾病的一种有效手段，随着肺移植术的飞速发展，肺移植患者术后生存率及生存质量明显提高，但肺部感染是肺移植术后最常见的并发症，其中以细菌感染最为多见，这也是术后最常见的并发症及致死因素，严重影响患者的生存率。本文对肺移植术后细菌感染的现状、病原体来源、感染风险因素、诊断及防治的进展进行了总结，以期为减少肺移植术后细菌感染提供参考。

Abstract:
Lung transplantation is currently recognized as an effective method for the treatment of end-stage lung disease. With the rapid development of lung transplantation, the survival rate and quality of life of lung transplant patients have improved significantly. However, lung infection is a major cause of lung transplantation. Among the most common complications, bacterial infections are the most common, which are also the most common complications and lethal factors after surgery, which seriously affect the survival rate of patients. This article summarizes the status of bacterial infections after lung transplantation, the source of pathogens, infection risk factors, the progress of diagnosis and prevention, in order to provide references for reducing bacterial infections after lung transplantation.
