悬吊核心肌群训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘要:
摘要 目的 观察悬吊核心肌群训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者竖脊肌、多裂肌积分肌电值(iEMG)的影响及其治疗效果。方法 选取符合条件的腰椎间盘突出症患者64例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例,2组患者均接受腰椎间盘突出症常规康复项目的治疗,观察组增加悬吊核心肌群训练治疗。所有患者在治疗前和治疗4周后检测竖脊肌、多裂肌表面肌电图积分肌电值(iEMG),并进行VAS疼痛评定、JOA下背痛量表评定。结果 治疗4周后,对照组健患侧及观察组健侧竖脊肌、多裂肌积分肌电值(iEMG)与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患侧竖脊肌、多裂肌积分肌电值(iEMG)显著大于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组患侧竖脊肌、多裂肌积分肌电值(iEMG)显著大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组健侧竖脊肌、多裂肌积分肌电值(iEMG)较患侧差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,2组患者VAS疼痛评分和JOA下背痛评分均明显优于治疗前(P<0.01),观察组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组JOA下背痛评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 悬吊核心肌群训练对于腰椎间盘突出症患者减轻疼痛、恢复肌力疗效显著。

Abstract:
Abstract OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of suspended core muscle training on the integral EMG value of erector spine muscle and multifida muscle in patients with lumbar disc herniation and its therapeutic effect.METHODS 64 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32).Patients in both groups were treated with routine rehabilitation program for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, and training of suspended core muscles was added in the observation group.?Before and 4 weeks after treatment, the surface EMG integral EMG values of erector spine muscle and multifida muscle were measured, and VAS pain and lower back pain scale were evaluated in all patients.RESULT After 4 weeks of treatment, the integral EMG value of erector spine muscle and multifid muscle in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference in (iEMG) between the healthy side and the affected side (P > 0.05).?After 4 weeks treatment, the VAS pain score and the JOA lower back pain score in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, while the VAS pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the JOA lower back pain score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.CONCLUSION Suspension core muscle training is effective in relieving pain and restoring muscle strength in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
