| 目的 观察气阴两虚型2 型糖尿病使用生芪降方联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗后的临床效果及证候积分、体重指数(BMI)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化情况。方法 自2019年12月1日起收住白银市中西医结合医院内分泌科的气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者被随机分为对照组和研究组,截止2020年11月2日两组共纳入符合条件的患者各40人,对照组给予二甲双胍缓释片口服,研究组在口服二甲双胍缓释片的基础上加用参芪降糖方治疗,两组共治疗两个疗程,每个疗程为4周。检测两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平,计算治疗前后两组患者的证候积分及体重指数(BMI),比较两组的临床效果和不良反应。结果 研究组有效率87.50％ ,高于对照组的 50.00％(P＜0．05)；治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、Hcy、LDL-C、BMI水平及证候积分均下降(P＜0.05),且研究组明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者出现不良反应的发生率无明显差异(P＞0.05)。结论 气阴两虚型2型糖尿病给予生芪降方联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗,其临床疗效明显优于单纯口服二甲双胍缓释片,且无特殊不良反应,在临床上值得推广。 |

| Objective The objective is to observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Jiangtang Prescription combined with Metformin Sustained-release Tablets in treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of Qi－Yin deficiency and its influence on syndrome integral , body mass index (MBI), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and homocysteine (Hcy) Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of Qi－Yin deficiency. Methods From December 1, 2019, the patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of Qi－Yin deficiency divided into the control group and the study group. A total of 40 eligible patients were enrolled in both groups by November 2, 2020. The subjects in control group were treated with Metformin Sustained-release Tabletsa while the subjects of the other group were treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Prescription on the basis of the control group. During the treatment, there are 4 weeks in a course and the two groups of subjects were all treated for 2 courses continuously. The fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2h blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) levels and homocysteine (Hcy) were measured before and after treatment of the 2 groups. The syndrome integral and body mass index (MBI) of the two group before and after treatment were calculated. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 87.50％,which was significantly higher than 50.00％of the control group(P＜0.05)．After treatment,the levels of FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、MBI、LDL-C、Hcy all significantly decreased in the two groups (P＜0．05),and the decreases in the study group were significantly more than those of the control group (P＜0．05)．There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0．05). Conclusion Shenqi jiangtang Prescription combined with Metformin Sustained-release Tablets in treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of Qi－Yin deficiency has significant efficacy with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion． |
