单一注射器气液交换法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除术后再出血的效果

摘要:
摘要 目的探讨单一注射器气液交换法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除术后再出血的效果。方法 增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变行玻璃体切除手术后玻璃体再出血病人30人，采取坐位或俯卧位用单一注射器行玻璃体腔气液交换术，观察视力、晶状体情况、眼底、眼压。结果 患者术后视力明显提高，经统计学处理，治疗前后视力提高，差异有显著性（P＜0.01）。 结论 糖尿病视网膜病变行玻璃体切除手术后玻璃体再出血者，用单一注射器行玻璃体腔气液交换术。手术安全，有效。

Abstract:
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of single syringe gas-liquid exchange in the treatment of rebleeding after vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy. Methods Thirty patients with vitreous rebleeding after vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy were treated with vitreous cavity gas-liquid exchange in sitting or prone position with a single syringe. Visual acuity, lens condition, fundus and intraocular pressure of the patients were observed.Results The postoperative visual acuity of the patients was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The patients with vitreous rebleeding after vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy should be treated with intravitreal gas-liquid exchange with a single syringe. The operation is safe and effective.
