| 摘要: |
| 代谢相关脂肪性肝病（ metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease, MAFLD）是一组高度异质性疾病，与代谢功能障碍密切相关，而代谢综合征是一组具有中心性肥胖、血脂异常、高血压、糖尿病或葡萄糖耐量异常的综合征。MAFLD通常被认为代谢综合征的肝脏表现，胰岛素抵抗是MAFLD和代谢综合征的关键联系。MAFLD的患病率变化与代谢综合征流行趋势相平行，发生率依然呈增加趋势，并且彼此之间互为因果，共同导致代谢心血管和肝脏疾病并发症的发生，并演变为世界范围内一个主要的临床公共卫生挑战。其中生活方式干预是其防治的基石，多学科协作是未来MAFLD与代谢综合征患者管理的新型模式。 |

| Abstract: |
| Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease is a group of highly heterogeneous diseases closely related to metabolic dysfunction, while metabolic syndrome is a group of syndromes with central obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, or impaired glucose tolerance. MAFLD is generally considered to be the hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome, and insulin resistance is considered to be the key link between MAFLD and metabolic syndrome. The change in the prevalence of Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver is parallel to the epidemic trend of metabolic syndrome, ?which continues to increase in incidence, and they are mutually causal, which together lead to the occurrence of metabolic cardiovascular and liver complications, evolving into A major clinical public health challenge worldwide. Lifestyle intervention is the cornerstone of prevention and treatment, and multi-disciplinary team is a new model for management of patients with MAFLD and metabolic syndrome in the future. |
